Email Accounts
Websites are our core business, but we also offer free email with our website packages. We provide POP3 accounts that talk with software like Outlook® and Outlook Express®. Also, our email provides a web-based control panel so you can access your email from anywhere 24/7. It is branded email so your email matches your domain name (web address). For example, if your domain name is www.mychurch.org then your email would look like psmith@mychurch.org.
Email Lists
Our Opt-In Email List is a great way to communicate with your members or other specific groups in your ministry. An email list allows you to send one bulk email to the list, and the list will disseminate the email to everyone in the list. It’s fast, and free. That’s a great combination, and is a lot less expensive than printing and mailing. The amount of money spent on printing and mailing (which can now be budgeted for other areas of ministry) may be enough to pay for your new Elexio Website. These lists can be kept private (you populate the list with the email addresses), or they can be public (you can put a sign up form on your site), and they can “opt-in” or “opt-out” of the list.
Email Groups
Our solutions also include 3 Email Groups that will hold up to 50 email addresses each. They can also be used to send a bulk email to a smaller group of people like your elders, volunteers or small group leaders.
